Cloud gate is actually part of the Millennium Park.(It located in northwest corner of the park.)When I just arrived Chicago, the first thing was heading to the CLOUD GATE. This is a symbolic attraction seen in several Hollywood movie. The weather was not really good during October. It's CLOUDY and FREEZING.Suddenly I realized why people say Chicago is a wind city. Compared to New York, Chicago's weather has a sense of insidiousness. It could be sunny at 8a.m and suddenly become extremely freezing and windy at 11:00a.m. However, Chicago is way more organized than New York city.

(The knowledgeable staff of Wendella really knows about Everything. He basically told us like every detail of history of each building but he spoke so freaking fast like a machine. )

The lunch we chose Wildberry pancake and cafe, which is really high rated cheap restaurant located in the LOOP. Tourist sites say that the most famous thing about Chicago is deep dish pizza, so they even make a ranking about the top three Chicago deep dish pizza

I ate it, the so called most famous food in Chicago and I can only express one word
---Paralysis
I really cannot tell the difference because I don't even like pizza at all lol.But if you love pizza, then you're gonna love Chicago so much

Chicago Cultural Center
http://www.cityofchicago.org/city/en/depts/dca/supp_info/chicago_culturalcenter.html This is not a huge attraction, but there are tons of local and contemporary art work in this cultural center.It's totally free and they have some weekend workshop.If you're in Chicago couple days, then it would be a really great opportunity to get involved with Chicago. You can see variety texture of art work. Art can be anything. The spirit of art and liberal disseminates in everywhere of Chicago.

The Field Museum of Natural History
I
cannot express how much I love about this museum. With under$40 bucks
for student ticket, you can see general exhibition and also special
topic exhibition. They own lots of skeleton of Tyrannosaurus and their collection is absolutely different from
American Museum of Natural History.There are multiple exhibition
including cultural art presentation in this museum.Combined with science
of art, The field museum definitely can catch your eye. If you are a
museum lover, then you'll feel that one day is doubtless not enough for
this site.

Purple Pig
It's a really upscale restaurant with excellent service . However, It's kind of a trend that all the classy restaurant in US tend to create a dark environment. You can barely see how the food looks like. Probably it's kind of strategy to enforce customer to focus more on olfactory and gustatory.
After 5 months from the Chicago trip---
It's almost spring. But in east coast it's still snowing as spring isn't coming.Well gotta believe every cloud has a silver lining. Gotta work harder, seek deeper, achieve the goal that I've dreamed about. Spring Break is coming!
